Meet David & Adina Urcan
David and Adina Urcan founded Gold Creek Senior Care with a singular mission: to create a home where older adults are genuinely known, genuinely loved, and genuinely cared for — not just looked after.
Their background in adult family home care shaped a deep conviction that the best care happens when the environment feels like home and when caregivers have the time to truly know each resident as an individual.
That's why Gold Creek keeps its resident count intentionally small. A low 3:1 resident-to-staff ratio isn't a marketing number — it's a commitment to the kind of unhurried, attentive presence that makes a real difference in someone's daily life.
Our Philosophy
We believe independence and dignity are not things to be given back to someone — they were never ours to take. Our role is to support each resident in living as fully as possible, on their own terms.
Every care plan is built around the individual: their preferences, their history, their routines. We don't fit residents into a system — we build the system around them.
Our Home & Setting
Gold Creek is a specifically designed home in Snohomish, Washington — thoughtfully configured to meet residents' safety and comfort needs while maintaining the warmth of a real home.
Our spacious backyard with a gazebo and large patio gives residents a safe, beautiful outdoor space for walks, relaxation, and fresh air year-round.
